Book Your Tickets
Book Your Tickets in Advance:
- Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment, tickets are for timed entry and booking in advance is the only way to guarantee entry at the time you have booked
- Select the date of your visit using the calendar, then
- Choose the time you wish to visit. We open at 10am and you can spend as long as you wish exploring the exhibitions or relaxing in the Jewry Wall Cafe
- To maximise the visitor experience we have allocated limited tickets for each 15 minute booking slot. Please ensure you arrive before the end of your time slot as we cannot guarantee entry after that time
- Children aged 4 and under and Official Carers are admitted free of charge. You can obtain a ticket for them on arrival at Jewry Wall: A real Roman experience
- Unless otherwise stated, anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18, and up to four under 16s can be under the care of one adult
- If you hold a Roman Explorer Pass, complimentary ticket or other official discounted offer, you can book in advance by selecting the appropriate ticket choice, ensure you also bring your original pass/ticket/card with you as proof, or you will be expected to pay for an additional ticket and/or will be refused entry
Carers and Children
Official carers are admitted free of charge. Tickets for carers can only be obtained on arrival
* anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, up to four under 16’s can be accompanied by one adult. Children aged 4 and under are admitted free of charge. Tickets can only be obtained for them on arrival at the museum but please do book your other tickets in advance to guarantee entry.
